Het Hof van Justitie (HvJ) streeft naar een zodanige inrichting van haar werkzaamheden dat voortaan alleen zuivere zaken op tafel van de kortgedingrechter belanden. Alle andere civiele procedures die daar niet voor in aanmerking komen dienen in een bodemgeschil behandeld te worden. Daarover zijn reeds gesprekken gevoerd met het bestuur van de Surinaamse Orde van Advocaten (SOvA), zegt Iwan Rasoelbaks, waarnemend president bij het Hof van Justitie.
